Uverse not available on wifi driven box in other room. Wired boxes were working, then froze and stopped working. Open smart manager rebooted gateway didn't fix problem. Uverse been out since yesterday 1/14/2024. Called ATT automated system no help. In Huntsville Alabama. Wifi works but Uverse doesn't.

I have rebooted my IPH8005 U-verse tv receiver by holding the power button down for 10 seconds and it did not fix the issue. I then unplugged the receiver from the power source to do a second reboot, and that did not work either.
