Proof marks mostly. I’ve been meaning to take the time to learn more on them but the 3 (or maybe 4) digit number in the barrel is the barrel’s serial number. From what I’ve seen barrels aren’t serialized with the receivers but I could have only seen replacements too. If anyone has a good resource I’d love to see it

One of those was a bring back from Vietnam. The others were examples that I think the importer somehow missed applying a mark. I own one SKS with no import marks - a 1978 Yugo 59/66.
