If you get a manufacturing facility or op center, fantastic. Most times you won't. If no joy, then use a nav data and scan for secure transmissions. Most times you'll pop a manufacturing/ops place first try. Other times you'll find resource depots. Keep using the nav data and scanning for secured until you find a manufacturing/op center.

I was after a recipe so I didn't do it, but for those who thought they didn't need Manufacturing Facilities anymore, this might be a reason to visit.
