I got 145 questions on nclex.

The second time, I used what was left of my uworld subscription to redo some questions, and I purchased Princeton review. I finished half of the quizzes on each of the 8 client need subjects on Princeton Review with 60-80% on all quizzes. I also used the ATI books (my school utilized ATI). In October, I failed again in 145 questions :cI had the max amount of 145 and I would say about 30-40% were SATA. It seemed like I got a good balance of questions on the subcategories overall, if anything I got slightly more questions on pharmacology and prioritization.
