The first 2 will be given to you for free by Marvin. Each Weapon has 9 total modifications, and you can equip up to 3 at once. There are rows I, II, III, and IV and only one modification from each row may be equipped onto a weapon at one given time. I modifications cost 2 Ash, II modifications cost 3 Ash, III modifications cost 4 Ash.
