The Sonic Boomer Bard Build ~ Inquisitive Build for Dungeons and Dragons Online. Turns out the freeze in stormsinger doesn't effect the attack proc, so that part is useless. It's still a fine build though, because inquisitive is strong enough anyway and the theming is cool, so it works as a theme character. Definitely not the best inquisitive ...Alternative idea: Take 2 levels of Artificer and 18 Wizard. For the 1st 6 - 10 lvls, you can use the repeater for great effect. (Repeaters are really good till about 8th lvl) After which, you can take your Single-Weapon feats all the way up, allowing you to use a Runearm instead of an Orb.Disclaimer: This is mostly a leveling build.
